Terms of Service

- All prices are in USD and will be paid via PayPal
- Canadian commissioners may pay the approximate CAD conversion via e-transfer upon request
- I have the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with doing
- I have the right to cancel/refund any commission at any given time
- My art may not be used commercially unless discussed beforehand and a fee is paid
- I have the right to post any artwork to promote myself (I will NOT claim to own the character!). If you do not want your commission posted, please discuss this with me in advance!
- Payment must be sent either upfront or after a rough sketch is given
* for bigger pieces, payment must be sent upfront
- Upon commissioning, please provide an email, Discord, or Toyhouse so I may send the HQ version over
- Credit must ALWAYS be given for my art; do not claim it as your own
- I will only do major corrections during the sketch phase of the commission for free
- I will do 3 minor changes during the line art phase for free
- I will do 3 minor changes during the colouring phase for free
- I will do up to 2 minor changes for free after the art is finished, such as colouring corrections or pattern errors
- If there are any more/major changes needed during any of these times and it and it is on the fault of the commissioner (unclear ref, forgot to mention before, etc.) it will be +$3-10 per change.
- I have the right to request ID if a commissioner is asking for any nudity/NSFW
- I will not do explicit NSFW/p*rn⋆ Please note that I have a few different styles so I will draw your OC in the one I think they would look best in! However, if you have a specific request please let me know :)CAN/WILL DO
